FIVE PHASES OF SAP IMPLEMENTATION 
  •  PROJECT PREPARATION
  •  BLUE PRINT PREPARATION
  • REALIZATION  / TESTING
  •  FINAL PREPARATION/TESTING
  •   GO LIVE & SUPPORT
PROJECT PREPARATION
First find what are the modules required for the organization and form a project team according to that.
BLUE PRINT PREPARATION
Ask the Team Heads to discuss with the responsible Organization peoples to know what they have and what they required and then prepare a blueprint depend upon the gap analysis between the facilities they have and requirements.
REALIZATION / TESTING
According to the blueprint the team people construct SAP program for the organization, ask the organization people to do the test run and spot out the errors.
FINAL PREPARATION / TESTING
In this stage nullify the errors occur on the Previous phase and do the final testing.
GO LIVE & SUPPORT
Once the final testing is over, Go Live and provides required Support.

8.3 VALUATION LEVEL/ AREA Every Material need to be valuate on Quantity basis or Quality Basis sometimes on both conditions. In SAP this valuation can be done at either Plant Level or Company Level and the most advisable method is at PLANT level. WHY IT NEED TO BE DONE AT PLANT LEVEL Consider Plant A and B are having the same material X but different moving price 4 and 5 respectively. In that case if you valuate at company level then the valuation will take anyone moving price only, but if you valuate at plant level then the correspondent moving prices will take in account.
