MENU BAR

Options in the menu bar Changes with the page/transaction in which we are working

STANDARD TOOL BAR

It is standard toolbar and it’s common for any transactions.

TITLE BAR

It display the name of the page/transaction currently in which we are working

APPLICATION BAR

Options in the application also bar Changes with the page/transaction in which we are working

STATUS BAR

Status Bar gives you the status of transaction you in which we are working

1. You will see an error message denoted by Red colour  you must correct the error before you can continue with your work.

2. You will see a warning message denoted by Yellow colour but you can continue with your work without resolving it.

3. You will see an informational message denoted by Green Colour .

ADD FAVOURITES BY FOLLOWING METHODS

FAVOURITES →RIGHT CLICK→INSERT TRANSACTION→ ENTER TRANSACTION CODE

METHOD 2

OPEN THE TRANSACTION PATH YOU WANT TO ADD AS FAVOURITE
DRAG AND DROP TO FAVOURITES

METHOD 3

OPEN THE TRANSACTION PATH YOU WANT TO ADD AS FAVOURITE
RIGHT CLICK → ADD TO FAVOURITES

DELETE FAVOURITES

FAVOURITES→ SELECT TRANSACTION YOU WANTS TO DELETE →RIGHT CLICK→DELETE

ADD FOLDER UNDER FAVOURITES

FAVOURITES →RIGHT CLICK→ADD FOLDER→ ENTER FOLDER NAME

8.3 VALUATION LEVEL/ AREA Every Material need to be valuate on Quantity basis or Quality Basis sometimes on both conditions. In SAP this valuation can be done at either Plant Level or Company Level and the most advisable method is at PLANT level. WHY IT NEED TO BE DONE AT PLANT LEVEL Consider Plant A and B are having the same material X but different moving price 4 and 5 respectively. In that case if you valuate at company level then the valuation will take anyone moving price only, but if you valuate at plant level then the correspondent moving prices will take in account.
